Mauricio Pochettino has revealed he was left disappointed after Chelsea’s 2-2 result against Brentford last weekend.
The Blues went from a leading position to being 2-1 down at the GTech stadium, before Axel Disasi rescued the team with a late equaliser.
However, while some saw the point as a fair result, knowing it could have ended in defeat, Pochettino said he was very unhappy, and even had to cancel dinner with his wife as a consequence.
According to Pochettino, his decision to cancel the date ‘killed his wife’.
“Saturday, after the Brentford game, the draw was like a loss”, Pochettino said at a press conference.
